All occupants are tenants under a written lease agreement with a minimum term of 30 days or longer, typically structured as a one-year lease with a military clause allowing early termination under qualifying orders. Each tenant is granted exclusive possession of their leased space during the lease term.
Rent is calculated on a monthly basis and prorated by days for partial months, with payment due on a fixed schedule as outlined in the lease. There are no nightly or weekly rates, no “check-in” or “check-out” procedures, and no transient guest services such as daily housekeeping or hotel-style amenities.
